Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash-Morgan, actor who has been a part of the SSC's board of directors since 2011, is the Founding co-artistic director of the recently formed theater firm Speech of Fire. She was the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 through the year 2019. As the artistic director of SSC she served as the company's composer, musician and text coach as well as costume/set/music designer. In her final year she worked as a director and lighting designer in SSC's production of King Lear. She had been directing from the ensemble, however in last year made her directorial debut. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. Other than acting she has been part of a range of games series. She was raised by her twin sisters and brothers at Walnut Creek, Stanford and by Richard Post. Post's poetry lover wife Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School is where she was a student and took part in cheerleading. She went to Pomona College for a short time and then graduated in Lewis & Clark College, both located in Oregon. Her previous marriage was with Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross (actor/writer) is Post's husband since 1982. The couple is blessed with two daughters. An amazing actress, and a perfect wife and mother. Post is an inspiration to many people in Hollywood.
